Due to security requirements at our warehouse we do not provide a self pickup service at this stage.
We are striving to deliver to your doorstep provided it is not walk up building (additional charge HK$50,-/floor of stairs) and somebody is at home to sign for the delivery. There is the option to deliver to your estate concierge/security service at own risk!
As of now we only deliver to the following locations. HK Island, Kowloon, New Territories, Tung Chung & Discovery Bay.
For an additional charge we provide recycle service for your tree. More information is shown under Pricing & Delivery.
In the rare event that you happen to be unavailable to sign for your delivery you can ask us to leave the tree by your door or arrange to leave it with your estate concierge/security service. This will be on your own risk, if you must reschedule additional fees apply. More details under Terms & Conditions.

Yes, you can order multiple trees ranging from 5-8ft, for oversized trees above 8ft please visit the ‘commercial’ section on our homepage.

We accept all major credit cards through our secure payment provider, in exceptional cases we might be able to offer direct Bank or ATM transfer.

As of now for an additional charge we provide tree stands (including pre-setup at our warehouse), wreaths and recycles service, etc. All items are selectable on our website during the order process.

Start with a stable tree stand that will hold your tree without tipping and provide enough water
(1 quart/1 liter of water per inch of stem diameter)
Clear a space large enough to handle the diameter of your tree and stay away from heat sources.
All our trees get a fresh cut, regardless if ordered with or without treestand, before being dispatched for delivery. For trees that have been cut longer than 4 hours, make a fresh cut of about a ½ inch disk from the base of the trunk for water uptake.
Secure the tree in the stand making sure it is straight and add water. Water temperature doesn’t matter and no additives are needed.
The tree will REQUIRE A LOT OF WATER INITIALLY, so make sure there is plenty of water for uptake

With a sustainable farm plan in place it allows them to produce the highest quality Christmas trees while not only protecting the environment around but also supporting it by planting numerous new trees for every single cut tree.
